Guwahati – Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, Assam

  • After your arrival at Guwahati airport, you will go directly to Kamakhya Mandir. Once you have spent some time there, you will head to Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary (70 Kms/2 Hrs).
  • You will check in to a hotel for the night. Overnight in Guwahati

Note: Flights before 12 O’clock is recommended.

Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary – Manas National Park, Assam

  • In the morning, you will embark on an adventurous jeep safari inside Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary. Later, you will drive to Manas National Park (235 kms / 05 hrs). After you reach Manas, you will check in to your hotel. 
  • Overnight stay in Manas, Assam.

Manas National Park, Assam:

Manas National Park, Assam, is one of the 5 national parks of Assam. It was designated as a tiger reserve in 1973. Situated in the foothills of Bhutanese Himalaya, Manas National Park, Assam, is famous for tigers and the golden leaf monkey discovered only a few decades ago. Manas National Park, Assam, is a paradise for bird lovers. Birds that can be spotted here are the giant hornbills, pheasants, jungle fowl, scarlet minivet, partridge, florican, and different varieties of water birds.

Explore Manas National Park, Assam 

  • This morning you will head early to Manas National Park for an elephant ride. After breakfast go for a jeep safari in the most beautiful point of Manas National Park – Mathanguri.

Manas – Nameri National Park (Assam)

  • After breakfast drive to Nameri/Bhalukpong (320 Kms/ 7Hrs drive) and check in to Eco Camp/Prashaanti Cottages. 
  • Overnight stay in Nameri/Bhalukpong.
Nameri National Park:

Covering an area of 200sq.kms, it is situated in the District of Sonitpur; the Nameri is the third National Park of Assam. It is a Tiger Reserve and also a birders paradise with more than 376 species of birds recorded so far. The inaccessibility and continuity with the neighbouring forest areas have helped the wildlife of Nameri to flourish. There is a good prey base in the form of Sambar, Barking deer, Hog Deer, Wild Boar and Gaur. About 3000 domestic cattle also form part of this prey base for Tiger and Leopards.

Explore Nameri National Park (Assam)

  • You will set out early this morning to Nameri National Park at around 05:30 am. Mornings are a wonderful time to explore Nameri National Park on foot (3.2kms).  After exploring the flora and fauna inside Nameri National Park, you will head back to the camp. After having breakfast, you can go for an exclusive rafting (mild rapids) experience on Jia-Bhoreli River, flowing along the National Park, for water birds. Return back to the camp. 
  • Your overnight stay is at the camp.

Nameri – Kaziranga National Park, Assam

  • After breakfast you will leave Nameri National Park behind and drive to another beautiful national park in Assam—Kaziranga National Park (120 kms/2 ½ hrs drive). Check in to hotel.
  • Overnight in Kaziranga.
Kaziranga National Park, Assam:

In the heart of Assam, covering an area of 430 sq-kms, Kaziranga National Park is one of the most vsited national parks of Assam. It is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers, and bears, and thousands of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment.

Note: This is for your information that elephant ride and jeep safari and forest entry inside national parks in Assam are regulated and controlled by the forest dept. Govt. of Assam. As such we do not have any control for booking of elephant seats and entry by jeeps inside national parks.

Explore Kaziranga National Park (Assam)

  • After breakfast enjoy Kaziranga National Park by jeep. Most of the national parks offer jeep and elephant safaris, so feel free to go on an elephant safari as well (own cost). In the evening you will visit a tea garden and local villages. 
  • Overnight stay at Kaziranga, Assam.
