Himalayan Zoological Park is certainly a place for wildlife lovers in Sikkim. The park has been established, to preserve wildlife without disturbing the creatures in their natural habitat. Located in Bulbuley, the Zoological Park also tenders a splendid view of Mt. Khangchendzonga. The park houses a variety of fauna species found in the Himalayas. Some of them are Himalayan monal pheasant, Himalayan red panda, snow leopard cat, goral, Himalayan palm civet, Himalayan black bear, and crimson-horned pheasant.
Samriti Ban – The garden with where one can plant a tree as a remembrance of your visit. A plant conservatory is also located within the park area.
Lhasa Falls – This beautiful water fall is located a kilometer away from Tashi View Point on the way to Ganesh Tok. One can enjoy the mountain views and also stop for a small zip line.
ATV Ride - All Terrain Vehicles are available at the exit gate of Himalayan Zoological Park. A round trip ride for 30 mins is available. Its advised to book in advance as the no of vehicles are limited.
