Arrival
Pickup from Bagdogra airport/NJP railway station and onward drive to Lamahatta. You will check into a homestay in Lamahatta, where you will be looked after by a wonderful local host. Overnight stay at the homestay.
Day 2
Darjeeling Sightseeing
Get ready to experience a sunrise like never before as you make your way early morning to Tiger Hill. Tiger Hill is the highest point in Darjeeling and provides a stunning view of the sunrise in Darjeeling. You can see several peaks from here including Mt. Khangchendzonga and even Mt. Everest on a clear day. Next, you will visit Ghoom Monastery. Built in 1875. it holds immense importance as it is dedicated to Maitreya Buddha, who is believed to be ‘the Buddha to come’. You can see some of the rare handwritten Buddhist manuscripts here. The next stop is Batasia Loop where the toy train passes in a loop-like pattern. You will get to enjoy a 360-degree view of Darjeeling’s picture-perfect landscape. Enjoy a hearty breakfast before you continue your sightseeing tour of the other attractions in Darjeeling by visiting the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P N Zoological Park, and Tenzing Rock. Later, you will visit the Japanese Temple/Peace Pagoda which showcases the four avatars of Lord Buddha. From the top of the Pagoda, you get a panoramic view of Darjeeling including the Khangchendzonga range. This is the tallest free-standing structure in Darjeeling. In the evening, feel free to go for a walk around the local market area for shopping. Pick up some souvenirs to take back home such as Darjeeling tea, handcrafted jewellery, carpets, etc.
Day 3
Tour of a tea factory
After breakfast, you will go to a tea factory. Spend your day roaming the tea gardens, interacting with the tea leaf pickers, touring the tea factory, and tasting the estate's tea. After your tea factory visit, you will head back to the homestay.

Departure
Drive to Bagdogra airport/N.J.P. railway station soon after breakfast. We hope you take back happy memories and await your return for another exciting trip with us
