Arrival in Kathmandu

Upon our arrival in Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, we will be greeted by a representative from Sisne Rover Trekking who will drop us off at our hotel. After checking in, probably we will have lunch.

Post Lunch, visit to Kathmandu Durbar square, is rich with ancient palaces with spectacular art and architecture then we will drive back to hotel at 5 pm.

Being located our hotel at Thamel, we may also stroll in the streets of Thamel, a tourist hub in Kathmandu for some souvenir shopping and for dinner.

Kathmandu - Pokhara: 6-7 hrs.

We leave Kathmandu as early as possible after the breakfast at our hotel. The distance from Kathmandu to Pokhara is only 200km. The drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara is itself rewarding. Upon arrival in Pokhara - the beautiful lake city, we are rewarded with magnificent views of the Himalayas including Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchhre, the five peaks of Annapurna and others.

After check in the hotel, we probably like to have stroll in and around lakeside. Lakeside is a touristic hub and situated by the bank of famous Fewa Lake. There is lot of thing to see and to do in Pokhara – Paragliding, Zip line, Bungee Jump, Ultra-light flights, Boating, Horse riding, Cycling, hiking etc.

In the evening we can enjoy the dinner with live cultural Nepalese program by the side of Fewa beach, Nepal.

Overnight in the hotel at Lakeside.

Sightseeing in Pokhara

In our sightseeing tour in Pokhara , we will visit the famous Bindhyabasini Mandir- a white dome structure dedicated to Goddess Bhagwati , Barahi Mandir- a pagoda styled Mandir dedicated to goddess Barahi, , Fewa lake- the biggest lake in Pokhara, , David’s fall- a fascinating waterfall ,Seti gorge- a deep canal,, Shiva Cave – dedicated to lord Shiva , and Peace stupa . We also visit the famous international Mountain Museum (IMM) that records, documents and chronicles the past and present development of mountaineering activities in the world and the Himalayas. 

Overnight in Pokhara.

Pokhara – Bhaktapur - Kathmandu:

Drive 6 to 7 hours from Pokhara to Bhaktapur. Bhaktapur is an ancient town with traditional and historical importance and one of the important UNESCO heritage site.

Bhaktapur, literally translates to Place of devotees. It is an ancient Newa city in the east corner of the Kathmandu Valley, Nepal, about 8 miles from the capital city, Kathmandu.

After the visit of Bhaktapur, we drive to our hotel to Thamel Kathmandu.

We can take a rest or do some souvenir shopping. Our guides can help you with souvenirs shopping. There will be a farewell dinner (Traditional Nepalese Cuisine) in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of our journey.

Final Departure with half day sightseeing tour

After breakfast at our hotel, we pack our belongings and board on the Bus. Today, we will visit two important UNESCO heritage sites - Pashupatinath Mandir and Boudhnath on the way to airport.

Pashupatinath is one of the holiest place for Hindus and the Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world.

Our journey in Nepal comes to an end today.  A representative from Sisne Rover will escort us to the airport approximately 3 hours before our scheduled flight.
