Itinerary Itinerary


Kathmandu to Pokhara 

You will be taking a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. After your arrival, you will check into your hotel.
Later you can spend your evening in leisure. 
After your dinner you will be spending your night there.

Pokhara – Jomsom – Ghilling (5-hour drive)

You will be taking a short scenic morning flight to Jomsom this morning through the world’s deepest gorg Kali Gandaki Gorge with the glorious view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri massifs. Jomsom is the district headquarters of Mustang. 
Once you land, we will drive you to Ghilling and you will check into a beautiful lodge.
Your evening time will be in leisure and you will spend your night there.
Ghilling – Lo Manthang / Attend the Tiji Festival in the afternoon

Leaving Ghilling behind, we will drive you to the plateau of Lo Monthang, ‘The Capital city and the Plain of Aspiration’ of Mustang. The fabled walled city of Lo, the kingdom with a single entrance, is a welcome sight! The king, “Lo Gyelbu”, named Jigme Palbar Bista, still resides at his four-storied palace inside the walled city of Lo Manthang.
You will check in to in on arrival.

In the afternoon, you will be heading to the Teji festival venue (Entrance fee may be incurred to see the festival for 3 consecutive days). 

After dinner you will be spending your night there.
Morning sightseeing/ Witness masked dances at the Tiji Festival in the afternoon

A short sightseeing tour has been scheduled for this morning, which includes cave exploration and monastery visit.

Lo Manthang the capital city of Mustang contains about 150 houses and has some of the largest and finest Tibetan Buddhism gompas in Nepal. The city itself is absolutely fascinating, with four major ancient Monasteries and an enormous 14th century palace in the center of the city. 

The afternoon is spent at the Tiji Festival venue. Get excited to witness vibrant mask dances performed by the monks.
Morning sightseeing/ Final day at Tiji Festival 

If you’re up to a short hike this morning, we suggest going on an excursion to the summer palace. Though the summer palace is abandoned and not anymore in use yet it’s worth hiking to. Alternatively you can climb up the view point hill, just north of Lo Monthang, for a stunning view of the valley.
Rest of the day will be spent at the festival. The last day of the festival normally takes place in an open area outside the palace.

Lo Manthang – Jomsom (6-hour drive)

After your breakfast we will drive you back to Jomsom.

After you reach Jomson you will check in to the lodge and spend your evening in leisure.

Later after your dinner you will be spending your evening in that lodge. 


Jomsom – Pokhara – Kathmadu & depart

You will be taking an early morning flight to Pokhara right along the Kali Gandaki Gorge between the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges—and then to Kathmandu.
