• Once you arrive at Gangtok, check into your hotel and enjoy the evening by strolling in the vehicle-free zone of MG Marg. 

• MG Marg is a bustling marketplace with different shops and restaurants aplenty. Shop, eat, or sit on the many benches, soaking in the electric atmosphere. There are also a few spas you can check out to relax after your journey.

• Overnight stay in Gangtok.

• Today you will drive to the higher altitudes of East Sikkim to view the natural wonders of the Himalayas. 

• The first stop of the day is at the oval-shaped Tsomgo Lake (12000 ft above sea level), spanning 1 km in length and 50 ft in depth. It is considered sacred by the local people. During winters, the entire lake is frozen and the surroundings are covered in snow. Take a romantic walk around the lake's periphery or take a ride on the ropeway (the highest in Asia). Don't miss the chance to take a yak ride in the winter and snap a cozy picture together with them dressed in traditional costumes available there.

• After you’ve had your fill of its beauty, you will drive to Baba Mandir, a shrine dedicated to “Baba” Harbhajan Singh, a soldier of the Indian Army who died near Nathula Pass. The route to Baba Mandir is stunning, and the surroundings of the shrine itself are scenic. There is a magnificent Shiva idol and waterfall a stone’s throw away from the site. 

• Later, drive back to Gangtok. 

• Make sure you don’t skip your breakfast as you’ll be spending an entire day exploring the wonderful city of Gangtok. Depending on the best time to visit particular places (catching the sunrise or sunset, crowd, etc), you will be driven to various tourist spots accordingly.

• Your day tour will include visiting the famous Bakthang waterfalls. This is another chance to wear the traditional dress of Sikkim provided at the stalls there and get your couple's picture clicked.

• You will also be visiting Do Drul Chorten (stupa) & Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, two important religious places that are a must-visit. The Namgyal Institute of Tibetology holds one of the largest collections of Tibetan works in the world outside Tibet.

• To get a thrilling view of Gangtok city and the surrounding mountains, you will be taken for a ride on the Ropeway and also to Tashi Viewpoint and Plant Conservatory. 

• End your day feasting on some authentic food of Sikkim at the many local restaurants at MG Marg serving Nepali, Bhutanese, and Tibetan food. You can also request a candlelight dinner, which we can arrange for you. 

• Overnight stay in Gangtok.
  

• You will drive to Darjeeling today, with acres of tea gardens and views of the snow-capped Himalayas alongside the route.

• Visit Lover's meet point. You can take some dreamy pictures here to add to your honeymoon album. 

• The car will halt at Lopchu for a short tea break. 

• Once you’ve reached Darjeeling, you will check into your hotel. After a brief rest, take a jovial stroll around the main town and indulge in some shopping or simply enjoy the pleasant weather by sitting on the benches at Chowrasta.

• Overnight stay in Darjeeling

• Get ready to experience a sunrise like never before from the highest point in Darjeeling. You might be a bit grumpy from waking up early this morning but we promise you, once you’re at Tiger Hill, the view of the sunrise from atop makes everything worthwhile. 

• On your way back, you’ll visit Ghoom Monastery, which preserves some rare handwritten Buddhist manuscripts. Next, you’ll head to Batasia Loop, where the toy train passes in a loop-like pattern. From here, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Darjeeling’s picture-perfect landscape.

• It’s now time to enjoy a hearty breakfast before you head off to visit the rest of the other attractions. In the second half, you’ll visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, P N Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, and Tibetan Refugee Self-help Centre. An interesting and puzzling tourist attraction you’ll come across is the Japanese temple built in a traditional Japanese architectural style. It is one of the major Buddhist pilgrimage sites in Darjeeling.

• In the evening, feel free to go for a walk around the local market area for shopping before you retire for the night in your hotel. 

• Overnight stay in Darjeeling.
