Pangin is a small village located at the Pangin Mandal in the East Siang District in Arunachal Pradesh and the small village Pangin is located at a distance of 60 kilometers which is almost 40 minutes drive from Pasighat. It is a small beautiful village where the visitors will enjoy the green hills and mountains, the small village Pangin is naturally beautiful. Pangin is settled at the junction point where the blue water of River Siyom meets the green water of River Siang. This place is also a home of the Adi tribe of Arunachal Pradesh. Apart from the splendid views offered by the green and blue nature of Pangin, the place is also known for its variety of medicinal plants and other herbs. Zoologists consider this village as a great resource of study as it is rich with wildlife too. This is one place that makes you feel better if you are a nature lover. Explore this place to know what these lovely surroundings have in store for the nature lover in you. One can visit this place during the month of October to March. For budget-friendly stay visitors can stay in Pasighat which is just 13 kilometers away from Daying Ering WLS. The stay options available here are of a guest house and circuit house and a DFO Wildlife. The nearest airport to reach Pangin is located at a distance of approximately 20 kilometers away but most of the airports are not much operational and it depends upon the weather condition. The easiest way to reach Pangin is via road. Once you reach Guwahati you can take a cab, from Guwahati it is approximately 12 to 14 hours drive which is approx 590 kilometers. One needs to stay overnight at least in one spot in between. One can reach Pangin from Guwahati by two different routes both the routes are of similar distance. The first route is Guwahati to Sivasagar and Pangin and the second route is Guwahati to Itanagar and Pangin. One can also go by train till Naharlagun and take a cab from Naharlagun railway station to reach Pangin in Arunachal Pradesh.
