Daporijo the scenic town is in the northeastern part of India in the state of Arunachal Pradesh of India. The nearest railway station is Naharlagun railway station which is almost 266 kilometers away and from Naharlagun railway station one needs to take a taxi to reach Ziro and from Ziro again one needs to hire a taxi till Daporijo. The nearest airport is Tezpur airport and Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport of Guwahati Assam. Both the airports are in Assam the distance from the airports is long and one needs to stay overnight in between the places. One can take a cab from the airport and then reach Diporijo, the journey via road is adventurous since you will be traveling through the dusty and hilly roads.
