Jia Village is located in Roing Circle of Lower Dibang Valley district in the northeastern state of Arunachal Pradesh in India. The village has a hot spring where people can scroll whenever they visit and it is really refreshing and rejuvenating. The atmosphere and the hot spring not only provide serenity and calmness but also give tourists a chance to witness the daily lives of the villagers living nearby.

The distance from Roing town to Jia village hot spring is about 20 minutes drive, which is almost 12 km away. Visitors can hire a taxi from Riong town the nearest town of Jia village. Most of the people of Jia village speak in the English language, and it is the native language of the village; hence, it is easy to communicate with the people of the village especially for the tourists.

There are many other places to visit in and around Roing like Sally Lake, Bhismaknagar, etc. You can hire a taxi from Roing to visit these places.

How to reach Roing

The nearest railway station to reach Roing is the Tinsukia railway station of Dibrugarh city in Assam, and from the railway station, it is almost 148 km away. Helicopter services are also available from Naharlagun to Roing, and the nearest airport to reach Roing is Mohanbari airport of Assam, which is almost 157 km away. From the airport and railway station, you need to hire a taxi or take a mode of local public transport to reach Roing. You can also hire a cab and drive from Guwahati to Roing also, though it will be a long journey, but one you will really enjoy.
