Wawade Waterfall lies between Mimi and Khongkha villages. This breathtaking waterfall is approximately 200 feet high. It can be viewed from Laluri village in Phek district and it takes an hour and a half to reach the place from Mimi. Three other waterfalls, each about 100 ft high, are also located in the area. Wawade term is in Longpfuru dialect.
The best time to visit this waterfall is in monsoon when water current is in full flow. There is no entry fees to this fall and is situated near the road going to Khongkha village. It is a must visit place for people visiting Kiphire region.
