Shiv Khola is a nature lover’s paradise, at an altitude of 1527 ft above sea level. The climatic condition is very pleasant due to the lush green forests all around with average temperature of maximum upto 30 degrees during summer season.

The streams of rivers flowing in between add up to its scenic beauty along with varied flora and fauna makes Shiva Khola a favorite destination for wildlife enthusiast as well. It is an ideal place for bird watching. There is an old Lord Shiva temple adorned with a naturally formed Shiva Linga, which is regarded very holy and worshipped by the locals with great respect.

There is an adventure camp too nearby named Shiva Khola Adventure Camp. The area is perfect for beginner trekkers. Location is delightful to eyes and is very calm.
