Loukoi Pat is a small lake located off the Tiddim Road on NH-150 at Bishnupur. The lake is approx 2 km from the famous Bishnupur temple complex. The lake is surrounded by an Eco park the with number of trees and other exotic plants. From the entry gate there is a well laid out cobbled path which leads to the boat house which offer paddle boats for couples or a catamaran family boats for 6 to 8 people. The cobbled paths lead to gazebos which are normally used for family outing and picnics by the locals. One of the parts of the lake is covered with lotus plants and has couple of watch towers for sighting the water birds found in the area. The upper part of the Eco Park offers a beautiful view of the valley below up to the northern edges of Loktak lake. The park also has a small tourist lodge for overnight stay.

Other places nearby is the Bishnu temples which are about 2 km from the lake area. These temples were built by King Kyamba of Manipur along with Chaopha Khe Khomba, the king of Pong, to commemorate their victory over the Shan kingdom in the present day Myanmar. The temples are designed on the lines of famous Bishupur temples of Bengal. It is said that the original name of the place was Lumlangdong and was slowly changed to Bishupur i.e. the adobe of lord Vishnu.
